• Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment & Coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, maintenance, store, IE, Planning & Merchandising team for smooth operation of production.

• Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.

• Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.

• Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.

• Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem solving ability with required quality standard.

• Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.

• Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.

• Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.

• Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.

• Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects).

• Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.

• Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour.

• Familiar with SMV, SAM, Efficiency, DHU, 4 point and 7 point quality checking system.

• Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
