Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Graduation/B.Sc. in Textiles, or relevant discipline

• Knowledge on active wear or Woven Garments

• Knowledge on production process and IE.

• Knowledge on related machinery/ equipment.

• Knowledge of quality assurances system, compliance and understanding of pattern making.

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;

In this circumstances, We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, professionally goal oriented mindset, and well mannered; The major Responsibilities of candidate will be:

• Monitor the production input on line and achieve the production target on daily basis.

• Analyze the monthly production plan, sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the departmental goal.

• Correspondence with the relevant department regarding fabric and accessories on the basis of the order sheet.

• Getting the PP samples/ size sets approved by the buyers and take necessary steps in time.

• Manage urgent and critical situations on processing multiple orders at the same time.

• Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support and any other tasks as assigned by superior.

• Conduct the daily production meeting to achieve the weekly shipment schedule.

• Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.

• Prepare daily reports on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

• Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
