Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor outage and performance degradation alerts generated by customer solar PV arrays, and initiate corrective actions where and when appropriate.
∎ Perform initial remote troubleshooting and diagnostics with customers to attempt to identify root causes and gauge scope of work prior to dispatching field staff.
∎ Manage the ticketing, staffing, scheduling, and dispatching of SSREL field service personnel to investigate and resolve solar PV issues.
∎ Manage solar preventive maintenance (O&M) customer relationships, schedule, and staff O&M inspections, and generate customer-facing O&M inspection reports.
∎ Coordinate with Service & Installation Team.
∎ Leverage customer service ticketing system to maintain detailed documentation of service work performed, findings, and results on a per-incident basis.
