Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for quality assurance of American Eagle buyer products
∎ Candidate should be knowledgeable in American Eagle buyer procedure and SOP American Eagle buyer certification is most welcome in this position (Good knowledge of QMS & GPQ areas)
∎ Ability to communicate with buyers directly & handle the internal GPQ team
∎ Work closely with Sample, CAD, Cutting, Textile, Washing, Production, Quality & Merchandising departments
∎ Arrangement of meeting for buying QM/QC/ internal
∎ Make CAPA operation with a proper explanation for the buyer visit/audit findings and inspection findings
∎ Have to have a sharp knowledge of self-inspection as per the buyer's requirements
∎ Have to be capable of discussing initial/ pilot run, inline, pre-final, and final inspection findings with the respective production, technical, maintenance, and QA teams to get the corrective action
∎ Plan, execute & implement the overall function of the quality control department for AE buyers Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time
