• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command in English (written & verbal)

• Willingness to travel frequently inside Bangladesh

• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Email

As we expand and strengthen our market leadership, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/ Senior Manager to lead and grow the business in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Garmon branded denim washing and knit finishing chemicals to washing factories and knit dyeing units.

• Visit prospective customers and generate leads in textile industrial zones.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients (Purchase team, merchandisers, factory managers, production heads).

• Ensure daily/weekly reporting to the Head of Sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and collections.

• Conduct product trials and technical demonstrations with factory wash teams.

• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with logistics and technical support team for smooth supply and after-sales
