Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Bachelor's degree in CS/CSE/ECE/ETE or similar from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure management of Intel based server infrastructure in both Windows and Linux platform meeting the business target of service uptime for internal and external customers;
∎ Deploy systems with respect to business requirements;
∎ Responsible to ensure service in hybrid email platform built on Microsoft Exchange and Linux-based email system both on premises and on cloud;
∎ Primary resource for security product administration and support - antivirus, email gateway, security and critical software patch and firmware update;
∎ Microsoft vitalization product administration and maintenance to ensure smooth system delivery based on business requirement;
∎ Proactively monitor systems health and ensure require solution to ensure smooth business support;
∎ Implementation, administration and support of Windows Active Directory, user rights management, updates, patching and software installations via central administrative tools;
∎ Security Patch Management and application deployment through SCCM including Server, Laptop/Desktop and ATM/CDM;
∎ SCVMM administration, performance monitoring and deployment of virtual servers, P2V Migration;
∎ Deploy systems with respect to business application requirements;
∎ Ensure High Efficiency Windows and Intel based server infrastructure management to ensure high availability services for organization;
∎ Ensure performance and high availability for major applications and services to minimize downtime and continuous support for H/W and Operating System;
∎ Plan and design upcoming solutions to meet the present and upcoming requirement of the organization ensuring scalability, cost and operational efficiency and system security;
∎ Analyze usage and performance of the existing systems and perform necessary changes and requirement analysis to predict future change requirement and take necessary action;
∎ Contribute in procurement decisions, prepare documents, arrange approvals and complete the procurement lifecycle as per policy of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of work experience in relevant field in large organizations;
∎ Microsoft certification for Windows Infrastructure is preferred;
∎ Proactive, passionate and go-getter attitude;
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skill;
∎ Honest and carries high personal integrity.
