Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Manager/ Senior Manager – Administration will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the corporate office to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the corporate office

  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, utilities, and infrastructure

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and SOPs, monitor office supplies, inventory.

  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the corporate office.

Facility & Asset Management

  • Manage office space planning, maintenance, and renovations

  • Ensure proper upkeep of assets, equipment, and office environment

  • Maintain asset registers and conduct periodic audits

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors/service providers

  • Monitor contracts and vendor performance, ensure cost-effective procurement and service delivery

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Handle licenses, permits, and legal documentation related to administration

  • Maintain records and documentation for audits

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets and monitor expenses and ensure cost optimization. Generate periodic reports on administrative costs

Team Management

  • Lead and supervise the administration team

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide development support

  • Foster a service-oriented and efficient work culture
