Job Context:
∎ Must be a retired defense background.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven/Knit/Dyeing/Textile).
∎ Sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting the Security role.
∎ Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, Influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.
∎ Have to handle total security aspects of the company (Factory).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor the activities of security team for full complex/factory.
∎ Conduct periodical briefings for supervisor and security guards.
∎ Responsible for training activities of all security personnel.
∎ Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
∎ Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors.
∎ Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.
∎ Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
∎ Investigate security breaches.
∎ Conduct audits to find holes in security platform.
∎ Develop risk management assessments.
∎ Capable to handle about security audit like C-TPAT, GSV, Supply chain security (SCS) etc.
∎ Respond to medical for any emergencies, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.

∎ Age at least 35 years
