Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and implement overall Management of all Security Personnel of the Industry
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the company
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In charge at different projects and offices
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of merchandise, property and assets
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise
∎ Preventing and detecting offences on sites
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets
∎ To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management
∎ Any other task assigned by the Departmental Head time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Retired defense personnel will get preference
