Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on efficient raw materials sourcing plan in accordance with yearly sales projection and ensure optimum inventory management.
∎ Receive the required materials from the supplier and to verify quality and quantity of the materials.
∎ Complete store operational requirements by scheduling, assigning employees and following up on work results.
∎ Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
∎ To keep proper record of received and issued of materials.
∎ Co-ordinate with production responsible regarding materials supply.
∎ Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
∎ Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).
∎ Must have knowledge of ERP system for inventory recording.
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal and buyer requirements and standards.
∎ Determine key supply chain KPI and do train, develop & evaluate team members. Plan, implement and monitor the overall supply chain strategy.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfactions.
∎ Maintain outstanding store conditions & compliance policies.
∎ Provide timely (Monthly, half yearly, yearly) stock analysis reports to higher management.
∎ Organize and follow up on yearly material inventory count procedures.
∎ Ensure cycle checking to control the Data accuracy and Visibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience working on all types Textile Material.
∎ Advance knowledge on MS application.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
