Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of Training Centre.
∎ Design and develop annual training plan for stakeholders and management.
∎ Coordinate with GoB education departments (Upazilla/ District levels) to develop training plan.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with GO/ NGOs.
∎ Manage and maintain training facilities and equipment as per training plan.
∎ Ensure expenditure as per approve budget and report properly.
∎ Prepare monthly program and financial report.
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
∎ Design, prepare and use of all sorts of Training aids and materials.
∎ S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)’s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy. Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum three years' experience in Training Centre Management.
∎ Conduct training and curriculum development.
∎ Experience with training curriculum creation
∎ Working experience in close coordination with GoB Education Department.
∎ Competency on training Centre marketing towards sustainability.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong oral and writing capacity to communicate with National & International stakeholders.
∎ Use of all sorts of Training aids and materials.
∎ Local language will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 55200 (Monthly)
