Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire sample development process, from concept to completion.
∎ Coordinate effectively with pattern makers, machinists, merchandisers, and other key personnel.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the process.
∎ Develop and maintain sample timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
∎ Track sample development activities, including materials, processes, and revisions.
∎ Train and guide team members to elevate their skills and ensure sample consistency.
∎ Continuously evaluate and optimize sample development processes for efficiency and productivity.
∎ Manage Sample Department KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
