Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve CWP volume (NSR) and value (EBIT) budget.
∎ The incumbent shall be target oriented in the electrical substation sales.
∎ Capable to lead the subordinates.
∎ Capable to follow up the day to day's activities of the subordinates.
∎ Capable to create the market for substation sales.
∎ Follow up with the project team closely for execution the project in time.
∎ Always keep communication with the clients for achieving the repeat sales.
∎ Collection of the dues payment in time.
∎ Escalation to line manager for resolving any challenges.
∎ Update to line manager for day to day's activities.
∎ He /She will have a good number of customer list including private, govt, and all other sectors.
∎ He /She will have the knowledge of end to end solution of the substation for DESCO/PDB/Pollibiduet or other utility sectors.
∎ He/ She will have the knowledge of understanding the SLD of 11KV, 33KV, 132KV or more of the substation.
∎ Capable to prepare the GA Drawing and Layout drawing of the substation.
∎ Capable to design drawings, with SLD of a standard as per customer requirements.
∎ Organize, manage and use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) data and equipment.
∎ Responsible for front line design work and BOQ submission which includes maintaining a high level of accuracy, completeness and compliance with standard procedures.
∎ Engaged or initiate continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve work efficiency.
∎ Understand and support design standards, by reviewing and documenting standard procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven ability to manage all of small / large / sophisticated customer accounts (including Groups).
∎ Proven success within a sales territory (multi segment / regional experience preferred).
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop, present and implement business plans.
∎ Proven success in negotiating commercially sound business agreements.
∎ Sound financial background.
∎ Demonstrated people leadership and coaching experience (including mentoring and 'situational' leadership).
∎ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver to budget / non financial targets.
∎ Previous industry experience (Gen' set / technical).
∎ Completed tertiary qualification in engineering or business an advantage.
∎ Completed coaching and/or training qualification an advantage.
