Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the largest group of companies in Bangladesh. The company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ The applicants should have proven practical sales experience of Real Estate Shopping mall & commercial space sales in Chattagram. He/she will be responsible for Manage Sales Agents, Train sales Staffs, Maintain excellent communication with Client Relationships, Meet with Clients, Stay Informed on Real Estate Industry in Chattagram.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants must have achieve monthly sales target including credit management without fail.
∎ Preparing proposals and negotiating the terms and condition with the customer as per sales guidelines.
∎ Dedicated to monthly sales & target achieve, collection within time, Ensure to acquire long term dues Collection.
∎ Search and visit potential clients with site visit to capture sales, leads and analyze the client's needs to fulfill for sales.
∎ Follow up and keep up good relationship with the existing customers to ensure re-order.
∎ Ensuring sales target and meet the monthly sales limit set by the upper management
∎ Gain feedback from clients and deals with them when necessary.
∎ Collect clients information in a systematic way as per company rules.
∎ Build strong relationship with potential customers, gather market and real estate market information in Chattagram.
∎ Perform competitor analysis on regular basis.
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activities in corporate market of Chattagram.
∎ Involve in direct marketing activities to boost up target sales more.
∎ Maintain & monitor sales activity records and timely sales reports within time to submit to management.
∎ Ensure quality customer service through performing quality check on products and service delivered.
∎ Perform digital marketing through social media other ways as well.
∎ Identify, engage and assist in the development of the existing fire system.
∎ Personally, pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process.
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 8-12 years real experience on Real Estate Marketing & apartments and commercial space.
∎ Must be able to handle the market and possess strong confidence to achieve sales target.
∎ Must have strong personality, positive attitude and data management ability to prioritize task.
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply whose are experienced in Real Estate Marketing & apartments and commercial space in Chattagram

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
