Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor / Masters Degree in any discipline but preferable in BBA / MBA.
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Negotiation, Presentation, Sales.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
∎ Preparing daily sales & collection target and achievement report.
∎ Prepared daily client & meeting report.
∎ Prepare performance report for each sales person.
∎ Communicate with Head of the department with update information's.
∎ Overall follow up all sales related activities.
∎ Maintaining all sales file, Booking money collection.
∎ Communication with corporate level of different reputed Organizations/Clients and keeping the relationship.
∎ Monitoring the overall sales & marketing activities and developing the business.
∎ Making daily/weekly sales reports and Quarterly Board Meeting report slice presentation.
∎ Helping the senior to keep departmental administration in order and lead the team.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Be capable of target base Real Estate Product sale.
∎ Candidates should be dynamic and presentable in attitude and attire.
∎ Smart in negotiation and presentation.
∎ Have to honor Sales profession from heart.
