∎ Masters Degree in any discipline but preferable in Business Studies (MBA), major in marketing.
∎ Skills Required: Sales, Negotiation & Presentation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Be capable to lead target base Real Estate Product sales team.
∎ Candidates should be dynamic and presentable in attitude and attire.
∎ Capable in individual smart negotiation and presentation.
∎ Have to honour Sales profession by heart.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential corporate clients.
∎ Communicate with corporate level of different reputed Organizations/Clients.
∎ Prepare sales strategy & plan.
∎ Have to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly team sales target.
∎ Prepare & submit team performance report on regular basis.
∎ Should have the knowledge of market intelligence.
∎ Monitor overall team activities.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management.
