∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor / Masters Degree in any discipline but preferable in BBA / MBA.
∎ Skills Required: Sales, Negotiation, Presentation and Brand Promotion.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Be capable of target base Real Estate Product sales.
∎ Candidates should be dynamic and presentable in attitude and attire.
∎ Smart in negotiation and presentation.
∎ Have to honour Sales profession by heart.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
∎ Prepare daily sales & collection target and achievement report.
∎ Prepare daily client & meeting report.
∎ Communicate to team leader with update information's.
∎ Overall follow up all sales related activities.
∎ Maintain all sales file, booking money collection.
∎ Communication with corporate level of different reputed Organizations/Clients and keeping the relationship.
∎ Submit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports to team leader.
∎ Helping the senior to keep departmental administration in order.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ 2 to 4 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales, Business development, Client Service/Support.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate.
