Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ Lead and supervise assistant managers and marketing team.
∎ Manage the marketing department budget effectively.
∎ Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
∎ Ensure brand consistency and create engaging content.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights.
∎ Monitor and report on marketing metrics.
∎ Collaborate with own teams and internal & external dealers.
∎ Utilize marketing channels and analytics tools.
∎ Ensuring the sales & marketing team update the 'Customer Relationship Management' (CRM) effectively with all appropriate data.
∎ Managing the performance of underperforming members of the sales and marketing team and working to improve them.
∎ Setting sales target & Manage to achieve by the team.
∎ Attending meetings with team members and dealers.
∎ Regular reporting on activities towards targets to the concerned authority of higher management.
∎ Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have 6 to 10 years of experience in Managerial stage sales and marketing.
∎ Should have strong communication skills about Sales and Marketing.
∎ Should be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Should have proficiency in MS Office applications.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 79104 (Monthly)
∎ During the probationary period for six months the monthly gross salary will be
Tk. 77,000 only. After regularization of service the monthly gross salary will be
Tk. 79,104 only.
TA/DA at actual as per company policy.
Attractive sales incentive.
