∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), (preferred if have any in Automobile related education ) from any reputed University
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, After Sales Service, B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Communication, Financial Reporting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B and B2C sales and marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Motor Workshop
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main role of this position holder is to have the capability to take the responsibility of an automotive workshop sales division and generate revenue.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ Approach top notch corporate houses for B2B partnerships and also prepare a corporate client database to make sure the sale from them.
∎ Develop new service offers and get approved from management
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ Identify new business opportunity by selecting and engaging influential customers, generating sales volume by acquisition of new customers and other channel partners to ensure product coverage in the designated sales territory.
∎ Follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit basis to generate sales
∎ Handle and manage key customers by regular visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to to the management.
∎ Follow up with customer and ensure on time payment collection.
