Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Ag (Hons) with MS in any subject, however MS in Entomology/Plant Pathology or Agri Chemistry may get an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Sales and collection of Sales Team in line with monthly and yearly budget.
∎ Supervise and monitor Depot Administration, field promotional activities (Farmers Meeting, Dealer retailor meeting, Agriculture Office Meeting, etc)
∎ Ensure on time product delivery to dealer point.
∎ Maintain good relation with all stakeholders.
∎ Arrange regular monthly meeting and report to management.
∎ Take initiative to expand market share as per company policy.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be pro-active, self motivated.
∎ Very good leadership quality.
∎ Creative and excellent job knowledge.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
