Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
∎ To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
∎ Oversee all advertising, publicity and brand management for the sake of development.
∎ Achievement of sales and collection target.
∎ Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Based on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies.
∎ Retain existing client with effecting cooperation maintaining proper liaison and enrich network with a range of stakeholders.
∎ Managing the production marketing materials, arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activity and report to supervisor.
∎ Prepare a monthly report over existing customer with their feedback.
∎ Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the ready mix concrete plant.
∎ Maintain strict quality control standards for all produced concrete.
∎ Monitor operational costs and implement measures for cost optimization. Prepare and manage the plant,s budget , ensuring financial targets are met.
∎ Supervise plant stuff, including plant operators, drivers, and maintenance personnel.
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management on plant performance , issues and improvement plans.
∎ Any kind of task that management required.
