Job Context:
∎ Report to: General Manager.
∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Manager, Sales & Marketing for Momo Inn Hotel to assist in meeting our revenue growth targets by keeping our hotels innovative and competitive. As a Manager, Sales & Marketing you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
∎ Develops and formulates Sales strategies and promotes the image of the hotel.
∎ Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
∎ Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly and Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
∎ Responsible for generating attention-grabbing ideas that will entice the consumer or target audience.
∎ Responsible for developing conceptual campaigns designed to stand apart from competitors.
∎ Responsible for the creative strategies and direction of advertising and marketing materials and campaigns.
∎ Ensure best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team, cross training within the department and appropriate office coverage.
∎ Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
∎ Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
∎ Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.
∎ Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
∎ Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions
∎ Contact potential customers through emails, calls, and home visits to create product/service awareness and Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
∎ Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
∎ Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
∎ Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. CVGR, generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer correspondence).
∎ Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
∎ Utilize company profile database to determine geographic areas for travel agent calls while maintaining top and existing travel agent accounts.
∎ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
∎ Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
∎ Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years' experience in the similar post.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Hotel, Resort
∎ Excellent management and motivational skills
∎ Exceptional organizational skill
∎ Age: Not more than 40 years.
∎ Be an excellent negotiator
∎ Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.
∎ Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
∎ Computer skills for entering details onto the system,
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure whilst prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, catering sales, conference service and marketing management experience, guest relations and etiquette.
∎ Familiar with Website Management, Social Media Management, Copy Writing & Content Management, Data Analytics, PR & Corporate Corporation.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English
∎ Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values.
∎ Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
∎ Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.

Salary: Negotiable
