Job Context:
∎ Report to: General Manager.
∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Manager, Sales & Marketing to assist in meeting our revenue growth targets by keeping our Fun Park innovative and competitive. As a Manager, Sales & Marketing you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls also develops strategic action plans for Fun Park to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue. You have to provide a positive, enjoyable experience for customers, while meeting business aims and maintaining safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for leading the marketing and sales team, to deliver marketing plan in line with brand values and business strategy.
∎ Ensure for driving the commercial objectives of the business, maximising revenue and customer satisfaction.
∎ Work on pre-opening strategy of company's one of the latest ventures, to generate awareness and excitement in the market, and continue the momentum through opening and beyond.
∎ Responsible for generating attention-grabbing ideas that will entice the consumer or target audience.
∎ Responsible for developing conceptual campaigns designed to stand apart from competitors.
∎ Responsible for the creative strategies and direction of advertising and marketing materials and campaigns.
∎ Identify audience insight and increase market share across key audiences to drive visits and maximise opportunity for repeat visits through effective guest experience, annual pass sales, upsells and product development.
∎ Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly and Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
∎ Plan and ensure effective delivery of site PR, promotions, advertising, online, direct marketing, digital and Trade Sales plan in line with target audience, measured ROI and overall Attraction Brand plan.
∎ Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
∎ Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
∎ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
∎ Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
∎ Create new events and experiences for visitors.
∎ Drive repeat visits through effective product offering in line with CAPEX budgets and a calendar of events, focus on annual pass sales and repeat visit incentive/communication.
∎ Set budgetary and cost control strategies
∎ Identify, secure and execute highly visible sales promotions with third party brand partners and combine ticket packages/partner attraction promotional activity.
∎ Build effective staff teams, through performance management, training and development.
∎ Maintain a critical oversight of marketing functions
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 3 to 4 years' experience in the similar post in relevant field.
∎ Excellent management and motivational skills
∎ Exceptional organizational skill
∎ Be an excellent negotiator
∎ Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.
∎ Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
∎ Computer skills for entering details onto the system,
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure whilst prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, catering sales, conference service and marketing management experience, guest relations and etiquette.
∎ Familiar with Website Management, Social Media Management, Copy Writing & Content Management, Data Analytics, PR & Corporate Corporation.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English
∎ Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values.
∎ Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
∎ Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.

Salary: Negotiable
