Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring sales and marketing activities with optimum efficiency.
∎ To formulate brand plan and propose various marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.
∎ To take care of all the publishing materials of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials.
∎ Sales planning and strategies to achieve the targets.
∎ Regularly visit doctors of various discipline & create new professional market opportunity .
∎ Promote the sales of the company.
∎ Must submit monthly detailed report of the activities to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Diagnostic Centre, Hospital & Pharmaceuticals.
∎ Proven track record of working with patients & doctors.
∎ Smart, fluent & well spoken person is desired.
∎ Demonstrated progressive career
∎ Having good liaison with large number of renowned consultants
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
∎ Responsible.
∎ Hard working.
∎ Willing to work any territory of the company.
∎ Innovative & good planning capabilities is preferred
