The applicant must have at least 4 years job experience in sales & marketing with large garments accessories Non-Nominated market (Carton, Poly bag, Narrow Fabric, Label, Hang Tag, Gum Tape, Plastic Accessories & Printing Press).
Drive Sales
Achieve product sales in line with the annual and monthly targets, employing strategic sales forecasts and planning tools.
Track and analyze team performance, generating regular sales projections and reports.
Expand Market Reach
Conduct market visits alongside team members to strengthen market presence and build a robust client network.
Engage buyers for product nominations to capture market share, expand the customer base, and secure new business opportunities.
Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Coordinate Production for On-Time Delivery
Design and implement production schedules to align with customer orders, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Partner with production teams to uphold product standards and fulfill buyer expectations.
Lead and Develop the Sales Team
Mentor, monitor, and evaluate team members to reach their targets and drive skill development.
Conduct regular performance reviews to promote team growth and goal alignment.
Formulate Marketing Strategies
Devise and coordinate marketing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product visibility.

Oversee Financial Aspects & Manage Credit Realization

Ensure L/C acceptance and manage credit realization to enhance profitability and cash flow.

Apply industry insights and sales forecasting to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Monitor business developments and industry trends to adapt and strengthen marketing approaches.
Promote Product Offerings
