1. Develop and implement overall sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets and business growth.

2. Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales team to ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are achieved.

3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new and existing projects.

4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility.

5. Manage client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closing for residential and commercial projects.

6. Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landowners, and business partners.

7. Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to align marketing strategies with project progress.

8. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including joint ventures and land acquisition deals.

9. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to top management.

10. Oversee after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

11. Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

12. Recruit, train, and evaluate sales & marketing team members to improve performance and productivity.
