Must need finishing work experience.

• Site supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring work follows design drawings and specifications.

• Must need finishing work experience.

• Setting out: Marking reference points and ensuring structures are built in the correct location and alignment.

• Quality control: Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure standards and regulations are met.

• Health & safety: Enforce safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.

• Project coordination: Work with architects, contractors, surveyors, and clients to keep everything aligned.

• Progress monitoring: Track project timelines, report delays, and help keep the project on schedule.

• Problem-solving: Identify technical issues on-site and find practical solutions quickly.

• Documentation: Maintain site reports, logs, and records (daily progress, materials used, incidents, etc.).

• Material management: Check deliveries, ensure proper use of materials, and reduce waste.

• Compliance: Ensure the project follows local building codes, regulations, and contract requirements.
