Responsibilities & Context:
The purpose of this role is to support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, advertising, communications, and creative functions for Akij Glass.
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative functions
Assist in New Product Development initiatives, including product portfolio planning and market launch execution
Contribute to brand structure, positioning, and pricing strategy development under senior leadership guidance
Analyze brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making
Help translate the organization’s vision and brand elements into actionable marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure the timely execution of brand and marketing initiatives
Support creative development processes to ensure effective and engaging brand communication
Assist in setting performance benchmarks, budgets, and market projections for campaigns and product initiatives
Track, measure, and report marketing campaign performance, including ROI and KPI analysis
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify opportunities and risks
Support the execution of ongoing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
Monitor product distribution performance and gather consumer feedback from the market
Contribute ideas for innovative growth and brand-building initiatives
Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all channels, including events, digital platforms, email campaigns, websites, and promotional materials
Work closely with sales and channel teams to support brand visibility, demand generation, and channel effectiveness
Assist the Marketing Manager in day-to-day team coordination and cross-functional alignment
Leave Fare Assistance (LFA)
