Responsibilities & Context:

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital campaigns across platforms

  • Develop creative content ideas (copies, creatives, storytelling) aligned with brand objectives

  • Launch and manage campaigns using APIs and ad platforms

  • Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI

  • Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation

2. Web Marketing & Campaign Tracking

  • Set up and manage Pixel tracking, event tracking, and campaign customization (JSON- setups)

  • Implement CAPI (Server-Side Tracking) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for Meta and Google Display Network

  • Configure and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for user behavior analysis and UX insights

  • Conduct A/B testing across campaigns creatives and landing pages

  • Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking across Meta, Google and other platfor

  • SEO & AI based Content Optimization for Organic and Paid Traffic

3. CRM & Data-Driven Marketing

  • Lead CRM platform integration with both BTL and digital lead sources

  • Segment customer data based on geography, demographics, age, and cropping behavior

  • Analyze customer lifecycle and engagement trends (Customer Data Modeling)

  • Drive campaign optimization using CRM insights and data segmentation & Automation

  • Ensure seamless data flow between marketing platforms and CRM systems

4. Research, Insights & Strategy

  • Analyze competitor digital activities and benchmark performance

  • Identify market trends and emerging opportunities in agri-tech and digital marketing

  • Develop strategic presentations for marketing and management roles

  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies

5. Content Planning & Integration

  • Lead content planning across digital platforms (Meta, web, Mobile Apps.)

  • Align content strategy with CRM insights and campaign objectives

  • Ensure integration of BTL activities with digital amplification

6. Agency Management & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with media and creative agencies to develop effective digital media plans

  • Translate brand briefs into actionable agency deliverables

  • Oversee execution of campaigns and ensure timely delivery of reports

  • Monitor agency performance and optimize campaigns when deem necessary

  • Evaluate media efficiency based on Campaign ROI
