Responsibilities & Context:
Business Development
• Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the lighting industry, focusing on interior firms, real estate developers, factories, and apartment owners to drive revenue growth.
• Generate and manage high-value project leads Network & Client Management
• Develop connections with architects, consultants, and designers
• Regularly visit project sites and meet decision-makers
• Maintain a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects Sales Strategy
• Develop and execute business growth strategies
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals Market Expansion
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Identify new segments and expansion opportunities
• Position the company as a preferred lighting solution provider Team Leadership
• Lead and guide the sales/business development team
• Set KPIs and monitor performance
• Train team members on project sales techniques
