Experience:
Developing sales strategies and setting targets aligned with the company's goals for the territory assigned to him/ her.
Follow up closely with the Global Buyer team on the nominations/ approval.
Work with the respective buying agents/ factories to develop and secure the business.
Planning and prioritizing sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Schedule/ execute meetings in a more effective manner.
Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and service improvements.
Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals with assigned customers.
Handling negotiations and closing agreements with customers.
Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services in regular basis.
Creating detailed proposals for clients and ensuring all sales documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Gathering market and customer information to provide insights and feedback to management.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Collaborating with other members of the sales team, technical experts, and other supporting teams.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
Continuously improving through feedback and learning opportunities.
Focusing on building relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Following company policies and procedures regarding pricing, delivery, terms of sales, and group’s code of conduct.
Acquiring and Maintaining knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
Identify the gaps in the market, Nomination related communication, Special Project Management, Brand Alignment, Analytics & Reporting and Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotions to generate excitement and increase brand awareness.
