• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for apartment and land projects.
• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, to closing deals.
• Manage sales operations for both land plots and residential apartment units, ensuring project-wise revenue targets are met.
• Identify and build strong relationships with potential buyers, brokers, channel partners, and investors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns for property launches and events.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on competitor activities, property trends, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure accurate documentation, legal compliance, and reporting for all property transactions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
