Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities (Manager, Sales & Marketing)
Plan and execute national sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets
Manage sales team, RSMs, and dealer network across Bangladesh
Expand dealership channels and identify new market opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer support
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
