Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to drive room bookings and event sales.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online campaigns, to enhance the hotel`s brand visibility.
Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the Operations and F&B teams to create and promote packages, offers, and events.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Train and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team objectives.
