Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop a retail business strategy that supports the segment priorities and introduce an implementation plan to support the strategy that is measurable;
∎ Track the performance of the retail business and evolve key priorities in line with performance;
∎ Identify growth and new business investment opportunities;
∎ Lead Monitor and coordinate a team of ZSM, TSM & ASM.
∎ Prepare and assign monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Achieving the primary and secondary sales target through deport and dealer's in the market.
∎ Executing all promotional offers in the market.
∎ Fostering a performance culture among the team members.
∎ Keep an eye on competitors' sales & marketing strategies and provide feedback and suggestions accordingly.
∎ Manage the sales cycle effectively and track the activities of the Sales Force.
∎ Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per the sales plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a sales manager or in other managerial positions;
∎ Knowledge of retail management best practices;
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
∎ Excellent organizing and leadership skills and commercial awareness;
∎ Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles;
∎ Very good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint is compulsory;
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
