Position Overview
The Sales Manager will serve as the head of the sales department, with complete authority over strategic planning, team management, B2B/B2C development, and execution. This position reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a critical role in shaping the future of Euro Kitchens’ commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Formulate, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify emerging markets, client needs, and untapped business opportunities for growth.
Lead nationwide expansion of the brand, both in retail and institutional segments (e.g., HoReCa, real estate developers, coffee chains)
Team Management
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across all operational channels.
Design and enforce KPI-driven performance evaluation and reporting systems.
Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
Client Development & Relationship Building
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders — including hotels, restaurants, cafés, architects, corporate clients, and distributors.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales service.
Operational & Reporting Responsibilities
Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the MD.
Ensure CRM tools and databases are fully utilized and maintained accurately.
Monitor pricing, inventory flow, and promotional activities to optimize profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Technical Support, and Inventory teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
Provide product insights and client feedback to help refine offerings and ensure product-market fit
