Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• Completed HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
• Bachelor's Degree: Running or ongoing (preferred).

• Age 22 to 28 years

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in showroom or retail) will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).

Job Summary: The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for achieving showroom sales targets by providing excellent customer service, showcasing kitchen products effectively, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Understand customers' needs and provide product recommendations and solutions that fit their requirements.
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, and after-sales services clearly and confidently.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, designers, and contractors to generate business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, new arrivals, and market trends.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
