∎ Familiarity with international brands like La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Rancilio, etc., is a big plus
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
∎ Willing to travel across Dhaka and occasionally to other cities for client support
∎ Basic English proficiency to understand technical manuals and communicate with clients

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, troubleshoot, and repair internationally branded espresso machines and grinders at client locations
∎ Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing as per the manufacturer’s guidelines
∎ Educate clients on machine operation, care, and basic troubleshooting
∎ Maintain accurate service logs, parts usage, and daily activity reports
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
∎ Work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure service excellence
∎ Represent the Euro Kitchens brand professionally at all times
