Location: Baridhara J Block, Dhaka (with frequent client site visits)

Reports To: Head of Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair internationally branded espresso machines and grinders at client locations
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing as per the manufacturer’s guidelines
• Educate clients on machine operation, care, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate service logs, parts usage, and daily activity reports
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
• Work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure service excellence
• Represent the Euro Kitchens brand professionally at all times
