∎ MBA/Masters in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Sales team with dynamic, motivation, enthusiasm, and act proactively to reach company objectives.
∎ Analyze the market potentiality.
∎ Set sales targets for partners & team members as per company guideline.
∎ Create, Develop and implement Strategy to develop brand image and sales growth.
∎ Motivate & retain the sales team of the respective region.
∎ Provide timely feedback to Management regarding performance.
∎ Daily, Weekly & Monthly performance review.
∎ Cascade organizational policy and guideline to field level members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates from Mobile industry, FMCG & MNC are preferable.
∎ Must have managerial experience minimum 5 years.
∎ MBA/Masters in any discipline.
∎ Must have experience to manage a large team.
∎ Analytical, Excellent interpersonal skills, Magnificent presentable skills.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skill.
∎ Good knowledge on MS office Package.

Salary: Negotiable
