∎ Electra Mobile Limited (National Distributor of Xiaomi Mobile Bangladesh) is one of the reputed company in Bangladesh, hereby inviting applications from Dynamic, self-motivated Bangladeshi citizens having pleasant personality, positive attitude and the educational qualifications mentioned below for the post of "AGM" to be recruited for Accounts & Finance Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day to day accounts, invoice, cash management and internal financial reporting.
∎ Prepare and present monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss.
∎ Maintaining liaison with bank and other internal & external parties on behalf of the Company.
∎ Developing compliance process and manage team with leadership.
∎ Monitoring, supervising and guiding the team members for timely preparation of reconciliation statements related to finance and accounts.
∎ Ensuring compliance of VAT and Tax issues as per law.
∎ Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.
∎ Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
∎ Monitoring and Controlling Accounts receivable and Administrative Expenses.
∎ Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting.
∎ Make sure to maintain Accuracy, Transparency and Control in Financial Reporting & Provide Monthly Finance Review.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group of Company
∎ At least 7 years of experience in relevant field out of which 4-5 years proven track record in Accounts controlling, Finance controlling.
