Responsibilities & Context:
Optimization of RTM Plan to ensure optimum retail coverage.
Driving distributor growth programs and optimizing distributor ROI.
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly trade promotion plans to drive visibility, availability, and sell-out performance.
Oversee POSM deployment and merchandising standards to maintain a strong brand presence at outlets.
Design channel-specific initiatives, including trade loyalty programs, ensuring consistent execution.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize trade strategies.
Review sales performance and trade program effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Brand, and Supply Chain teams for seamless program execution.
Provide guidance, training, and insights to field teams to enhance execution quality.
