Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored explicitly for the Commercial Vehicle segment;
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and to gain a competitive edge;
∎ Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of a high-performing sales team, defining clear sales targets, delivering regular performance feedback, and motivating them to excel in achieving their objectives.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial vehicle drivers, owners, cooperatives, dealers, and other relevant parties;
∎ Collaborate closely with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction;
∎ Planning and execution of diverse promotional activities for both existing and new products, to develop product awareness and drive sales growth;
∎ Planning and implementing effective marketing methods/tools to gather valuable market insights, and identify opportunities to promote various product lines for business growth.
∎ Monitor credit sales & ensure timely realization;
∎ Maintain inter-intra-departmental collaboration to align sales activities with the overall objectives of the company;
∎ Represent the Company in dealings with Government Offices, Banks, and NGOs, if required;
