Responsibilities & Context:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail outlets and wholesale accounts, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the clothing brand in Bangladesh.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor Sales performance of respective retail outlets.
- Train and lead the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and business reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and supply chain/ merchandising teams.
- Data analysis, budgeting, product line-up setting, production coordination, sales performance analysis, KPI setting for sales and marketing.
