∎ We are Looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager for Monitoring Sales team to improve their sales target and achievement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Sales Officers and work with Sales Executives to improve their sales target and achievement.
∎ Supervising & monitoring effective market visits of the team members for existing and potential customers to increase the sales.
∎ Look out for opportunities to generate incremental sale /spends and initiate cross sell at corporate/Trade.
∎ Understand market dynamic and share with product team to arrive at a competitive product offering.
∎ Interact and manage relationship with all channels partners and corporate coordinators.
∎ Initiated coordination meeting with front line staffs, ensure proper training and feedback to their queries.
∎ Manage promotional collaterals in alliance with Marketing, Communication & Customer Experience team.
∎ Handle disputes and Fraud related issues as per set guidelines.
∎ Timely response to all management queries and compliance deadlines.
∎ Proper vigilance of branding and information to all touch points.
∎ Any Other Tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Creating and implementing a sales plan.
∎ Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress.
∎ Analyzing sales data.
∎ Presentation skills.
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Target-Orientated
