Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect goal follow up data & analysis goal follow up data.
∎ To Train up the Employees for achieve the goal.
∎ To follow up the Corrective and Preventive actions.
∎ To document corrective action plan.
∎ To document about Training feedback & idea for development.
∎ To constantly seek, share, and implement best practices.
∎ To carry out training on QMS concern (MR as per QMS documentation part).
∎ Posturing Mission vision Goal Department wise.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 Years working experience as Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive at Quality Dept in renowned Garment garments industries specially working experience with H&M.

Salary: Negotiable
