∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Working experience in any reputed cement/steel/ FMCG company under the Transport department is preferred.
∎ Very strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and be available after normal business hours to resolve problematic deliveries.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plans, sets and achieves fleet-level targets.
∎ Developing methods to decrease cost and improve overall fleet management efficiency.
∎ Issues and bottlenecks detected in fleet operations for continued improvement.
∎ Driver Management.
∎ Monitoring drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices.Monitoring, correcting and improving driving behaviors and operations.
∎ Set up efficient routes and transportation schedules.
