Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure zero recheck Inspection.
∎ Responsible for ensure buyers quality SOP & follow up at every steps of production.
∎ Coordinating with buyers QA responsible & fulfill their guideline.
∎ To conduct PP meeting & guide about QA issues.
∎ Responsible for review first output garments against the Buyer approval sample.
∎ To reduce rejection & wastes with proper guideline.
∎ Follow up on time shipment.
∎ Responsible for good communications with Production & related responsible department.
∎ Follow up of PP Samples, Development Sample and bulk production etc before submit to buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge on overall RMG Quality Control .
∎ Self-Motivated, confident, value-driven and dynamic leader.
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ In-depth knowledge of local RMG & Textile market.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
