Job Context:
∎ Position Reports to: Director/CEO of Satori Limited
∎ Primary Purpose of Position:
∎ Setting and implementing strategies in expanding customer base and base and topline growth
∎ Maintaining budgets and financial records to control the overall cost;
∎ To enhance the effective customer shopping experience and efficient retail operations;
∎ Management of team members, overseeing commercial areas and operational activities
∎ Office Time & Holiday:
∎ Retail standard 10am to 8.00pm and Holiday will be Sunday

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing periodic strategies for the sustainability of the organization
∎ Innovate new products, services and business propositions
∎ Overall custodian to achieve sales target and growth of the respective outlet through team
∎ effort being a team player;
∎ Meet financial objectives by preparing an effective annual budget for each outlet and
∎ initiate corrective actions to control cost, and damage to achieve outlet
∎ profitability as per budget of the outlet
∎ To ensure comfortable shopping environment;
∎ Ensure all floor audit checklists, product checklists, stock registers, staff registers, security registers and cash registers are being maintained timely;
∎ Responsible to ensure effective work force management for the outlet. (i.e., Staff
∎ planning, roaster, leave, absenteeism, motivation, reward and performance evaluation);
∎ Responsible to ensure staff selection, performance evaluation and development;
∎ Responsible for total inventory management of the respective Outlet;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 to 12 years proven track record in retail sales operations;
∎ Proven experience as retail manager at Senior position or in other managerial position;
∎ Knowledge of retail management best practices;
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
∎ Excellent organizing and leadership skills;
∎ Commercial awareness;
∎ Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles;
∎ Excellent knowledge of retail management software.
∎ Key Challenges:
∎ Supply chain management and inventory management;
∎ Cash operations,
∎ Store management, customer service and order fulfillment;
∎ Promotions and products pricing;
∎ Maintain a consistent high quality of work;
∎ Establish and build strong client and team relationships; and
∎ Contribute to the achievements of strategic and business plans
∎ Key Interfaces:
∎ Top management, Directors, General Managers and Department Heads.
∎ Peers, superiors and subordinates of Satori Limited and associated companies;
∎ Key Performance Indicators:
∎ Implementing company's strategic plan and individual business unit plans;
∎ Quality, professionalism, technical innovation and excellence;
∎ Achieving budget, overhead, and contribution;
∎ Development of networks and contribution to management goals;
∎ Management of overhead budgets;
∎ Promoting staff development and team management;
∎ Retail sales operation support and mentoring;
∎ Systems development; and
∎ Recruitment team members to fulfill the gap.
