Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field from any reputed public or private university
∎ Proven experience in retail food management, with a minimum 8 to 10 years in a similar role.
∎ Previous experience in the food industry, especially in import/export, quality control, sales, or marketing, is often preferred by employers.
∎ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail food outlet, ensuring smooth functioning, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
∎ Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of staff members, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and teamwork.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for replenishment as needed.
∎ Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
∎ Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Conduct regular checks to ensure all products meet company standards. Precise knowledge about imported food & Quality control processes and procedures to ensure Imported Food products meet the required standards and specifications.
∎ Preparing Report: Responsible for meeting set revenue and gross margin targets per SKU.
∎ Sales and Promotion: Develop strategies to enhance sales, implement promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract more customers.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies.

∎ Open to travel within Bangladesh and outside of Dhaka.
